Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience on-site at multi-family properties.
Knowledge of safe use of hand tools, ladders, blowers, trimmers, and pool testing gauges.
Strong problem-solving and safety awareness in field conditions.
Verbal and written English communication skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Maximize property curb appeal by walking the property to remove litter and debris.
Maintain recreation and pool hubs, ensuring furniture and spaces are clean.
Detail landscape beds and keep sidewalks clear of grass and debris.
Execute vacancy trash-outs and prep units for make-ready.
Support routine service requests and minor property repairs as directed.
Assist with painting and turnover tasks during busy periods.
Uphold absolute safety protocols and use PPE as required.
Distribute community notices and resident communications across the property.
