Responsibilities

• Prepare scratch-made meals per recipes for residents.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Supervise kitchen staff when Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars and meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Use technology and computerized systems to create efficient dining experiences.
