Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents, following safety and sanitation standards and supporting a positive dining experience.

You will work with the Food Service Manager on inventory, set up service stations, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist dietary staff when needed. Prior cooking experience preferred; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to safely create a great dining experience for residents and families.
