• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 3–5+ years of affordable housing management experience.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, HUD regulations, and fair housing compliance is essential.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned properties ensuring efficient operations and compliance.
• Oversee leasing: move-ins, move-outs, transfers per HUD/LIHTC rules.
• Supervise, train and develop staff; monitor performance.
• Administer rent collection, including adjustments and delinquencies.
• Maintain resident relations and address concerns; manage evictions.
