Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in affordable housing management, with CPM/ARM certification preferred and strong knowledge of housing regulations. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant property management experience required.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience preferred.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred and knowledge of housing regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to supervise on-site staff.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities across multiple properties.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Manage leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy targets.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff; oversee maintenance and safety.
