Responsibilities

  • Partner with maintenance teams to address work orders, property upkeep, inspections, and preventive maintenance needs.
  • Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and other financial performance indicators, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Prepare reports related to occupancy, compliance, turnovers, and property operations as needed.
  • Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and compliant condition at all times.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement property goals, operational improvements, and resident retention strategies.
