Job summary

Mountain Management Group seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in North Carolina. You will focus on LIHTC compliance, portfolio performance, and leadership of site teams.

Responsibilities include coaching Community Managers, budgeting, occupancy management, rent collections, inspections, and coordinating with HR, Accounting, Compliance, and Maintenance to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience at multiple sites.
• Experience as Regional Property Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Multi-Family Development/Management Group currently seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities in North Carolina.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities
• Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and site teams
• Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
• Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff
• Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership
• Prior experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)
