Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain a high level of customer service in resident inquiries, answer phone calls and emails, and provide information on HOA governing documents and violations.

You will conduct inspections, issue violations, document and photograph violations, assist homeowners with Architectural Review, and prepare applications for committee review. A Nevada driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Professional and adaptable with strong time management and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized with excellent problem solving.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Effective oral and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service commitment.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• CAM license preferred; required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with reference to maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
