Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high customer service standards for residents, handling inquiries via phone and email and providing information on HOA governing documents and violations.

In this role you will conduct property inspections, issue violations, document findings, and assist homeowners through the architectural review process, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email tools (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with specific reference to maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.
