Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high levels of resident service within our master-planned community framework in Texas. You will handle inquiries, enforce deed restrictions, document violations, and support Architectural Review processes with homeowners.

The role requires strong organization and excellent communication as you coordinate with the Community Manager and other teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience maintaining high service standards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• CAM license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of the deed restrictions with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.
