Placemakr is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to be the primary point of contact for guests and residents, delivering exceptional service on-site and collaborating with the property team. This full-time role requires flexibility for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, multi-family or food & beverage.
• Experience communicating effectively with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Can work as part of a collaborative team and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to learn and use systems or technology (POS/CRM or guest communication tools).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest and resident experiences as the on-site point of contact.
• Respond to guest inquiries and communication across text, email, HubSpot, and Airbnb.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and room readiness in alignment with Placemakr standards.
• Support payment collection and use of internal systems for operations.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
