Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in San Antonio, TX. You will respond to inquiries from residents, board members, managers, and vendors, resolve account questions, and document interactions to improve service delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with property managers and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, adherence to company standards, and maintaining excellent customer experiences in a highly dynamic community environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a service industry setting.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel).
• Real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests from residents, board members, vendors, managers, and regional directors and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with property managers, regional directors, internal departments, and associates for timely resolution of inquiries.
• Document resolutions of interactions in appropriate systems and applications.
• Resolve inquiries within prescribed timelines while meeting KPIs.
• Gather information from residents and vendors, access accounts, assess needs, educate to prevent future contacts, and document interactions.
