Qualifications

• Two years experience in previous relevant customer service.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Operate MS Office and property software; maintain professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria and questions.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and file guest cards per procedures.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to the Community Manager.
• Process applications, run credit checks, and obtain approvals.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Collect rental payments and input information into the system.
• Assist in other tasks and uphold community policies.
