Greystar is seeking a front desk/resident services associate in Philadelphia to greet residents and guests, answer calls, and coordinate daily community operations. You will manage schedules for guest suites, move-ins, move-outs, and clubhouse readiness, while handling packages and service logs.

This role also supports resident activities, maintains local resources, and collaborates with vendors to provide a positive living experience.

Responsabilités

• Greets prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls, routes calls to the appropriate team member, and assists with service request callbacks.
• Maintains the guest suite schedule and coordinates move-ins/move-outs with the loading dock/elevator schedule.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are ready for tours before the leasing office opens.
• Manages all package deliveries by recording arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Maintains logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other services.
• Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keeps local information on restaurants, shops, delivery options, and vendor contacts.
