Job summary

The Resident Services Specialist will greet residents, handle inquiries, and manage concierge services while supporting office staff and coordinating move-in activities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, policies, and leasing documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and general computer skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident requests and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and property staff.
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and activities.
• Communicate needs to residents and follow up on requests.
• Maintain accurate resident records and correspondence.
• Handle general office duties: phone, email, mail.
• Assist with housing program participation and compliance forms at move-in/recertification.
• Support Renewal Specialist with Renewal Program when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
