Job summary

MAA seeks a Resident Experience Specialist to support residents and the property management office, promoting satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include move-in/move-out inspections, orientations, service-request coordination, and tours for prospects when needed. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency are required; CRM and SightPlan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-walk inspections of units and move-in/move-out inspections using SightPlan
• Coordinate move-in/out processes and orientations for residents
• Respond to resident questions via phone, online platforms, and CRM, escalate as needed
• Manage vendor coordination for packages, pest control, and make-ready activities
• Lead resident engagement initiatives and manage the community calendar
