Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities in Jersey City, NJ. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive leasing performance to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

You will ensure compliance with housing laws, coordinate vendor relations, and maintain high resident satisfaction through proactive service and maintenance oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management or related operations.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of two or more properties and supervise staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets; review marketing and occupancy performance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other regulations.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain property safety, maintenance standards, and resident satisfaction.
