Job summary

Greystar in Kentucky is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a designated community, lead a property team, and ensure budgeted financial and operational goals are met.

You will drive leasing, marketing, rent collection, vendor coordination, safety, and resident satisfaction while protecting asset value. Strong leadership, communication, and financial reporting skills are required; experience with Entrata, Yardi, and/or OneSite is preferred.
