Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an apartment community and lead the onsite team to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.

You will ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other laws while driving occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction. Strong budgeting, leadership, and leasing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of property management experience with leasing, budgeting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and processing payments.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage coding of charges.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes to achieve occupancy goals.
• Drive marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance teams.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and standards.
• Supervise staff including hiring, orientation, and performance.
