Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned property, lead the onsite team, and drive financial and leasing performance. You will analyze budgets, manage rents and fees, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and multi-family housing regulations.

You’ll direct vendor relations, manage maintenance standards, and coordinate with owners to maximize occupancy and revenue. A strong background in property management and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and lead the on-site team.
• Develop budgets and analyze financial statements to meet financial and operational goals.
• Set rent rates, collect fees, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with contractors and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewal processes.
• Monitor market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ensure maintenance standards, safety, cleanliness, and property appearance.
