Job summary

Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Community Manager in Napa, CA to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. The role requires 24/7 on-call availability and leads administration, marketing, leasing, and sales of homes.

You will manage maintenance, budgeting, team performance, and strong resident relations, with on-site housing provided and a valid driver's license required. The role involves travel within the property for inspections and emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years in property management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred
• On-site housing provided and valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Markets models, pre-owned, and brokered homes for sale; prepares documents to list and sell homes
• Manages the rent collection process including posting and depositing income from leasing of rental sites and homes
• Handles delinquencies and eviction proceedings while adhering to policy
• Monitors, codes, and approves all invoices for operating expenses and sales-related costs
• Resolves complaints and responds to issues in a timely manner; offers solutions
• Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures policy compliance
• Manages listings, repairs, leasing, and renovations of homes and services
• Ensures compliance with fair housing laws and regulations
• Reviews and approves/denies residency applications and processes renewals
• Assists with budgets and CapEx planning
• Drives and travels across the property to inspect sites and handle on-site emergencies
