Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or 3+ years in residential property management, hotel, hospitality or retail management.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hotel, hospitality or retail.
• Industry designations (COS, LIHTC, ARM®, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory programs, policies and Federal Housing Laws and Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily site operations and maintain open communication with the Community Manager and staff.
• Monitor occupancy and drive towards a 97% physical occupancy goal.
• Prepare re-certifications, leasing applications, verifications and occupancy reports.
• Screen applicants for Tenant Selection Plan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee office functions and handle resident issues with the Community Manager.
