Qualificações

• 2+ years in Property Management with Tax Credit experience.
• Maintain highest occupancy possible and oversee renovations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with marketing, administration, leasing, and property maintenance.
• Manage record keeping, reporting, and resident concerns.
• Monitor advertising sources and coordinate vendor services.
