The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, compliance, and maximizing rental income while delivering a quality living experience for residents.

This role emphasizes operations administration and meeting compliance objectives, with COS and LIHTC certification strongly preferred. Under the Community Manager's direction, you will assist with tenant screening, occupancy reporting and resident services, and you will participate in budgeting, risk

Competenze

• College degree or 3+ years in residential property management, hotel, hospitality or retail management.
• Proven knowledge of regulatory programs, housing laws and guidelines.
• Experience with standard office software and property management tools.

Mansioni

• Assist daily site operations and maintain open communication with the Community Manager and staff.
• Monitor leasing, retention and re-certifications to reach occupancy goals.
• Prepare applications, verifications, occupancy agreements and reports.
• Screen applicants for Tenant Selection Plan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee office functions, budgets, reporting and personnel management.
