Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory programs and Federal Housing Laws required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with daily operations and tenant issues.
• Monitor leasing and retention performance to maintain occupancy.
• Prepare and verify leasing applications and compliance documentation.
