Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years in progressive Residential Property Management or related sectors.
• COS, LIHTC, ARM, CPMC, or similar designations are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory programs and housing policies required.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting for multi-site properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, billing processes, and financial reports; monitor rent collection and expense control.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety inspections, audits, and risk management documentation.
• Provide outstanding resident service and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and partners.
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Participate in trainings and remain available for emergencies and on-call coverage.
