Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is hiring a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations and drive budget performance across properties.

The role reports to the Regional Director of Property Management and emphasizes resident service, regulatory compliance, and a positive team culture. Requirements include a BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years of progressive management experience, with strong knowledge of housing laws and affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Property Management or related field required.
• 5+ years in progressive property management roles, supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory programs and fair housing guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and rent collection processes.
• Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and safety programs.
• Ensure excellent resident service and communications; coordinate withResident associations.
• Lead and coach onsite team; support HR and training.
