Job summary

Cardinal is seeking a Community Manager for a full-time exempt role in Atlanta, GA. You will protect and enhance the community value while directing overall operational activities to maximize residents’ living experience and financial performance.

You will lead on-site maintenance, leasing, and revenue strategies, supervise team members, manage communications with residents, and ensure compliance with policy and safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work independently as a project leader and team member.
• Supervisory experience and strong client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude toward residents and the public.
• Strive to improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop working income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain accurate community files and lease data in management software.
• Coordinate revenue collection and documentation following lease obligations.
• Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for goods/services.
• Lead on-site maintenance, office staff and leasing team; manage resident relations.
• Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor team involvement.
