Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance the value of our apartment community while maximizing residents' living experience. You will direct the community's day-to-day operations and lead on-site staff.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years' experience in property management and strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and the Google platform.
• Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to relate well with others and work independently in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain complete community files and ensure lease data is accurate in software.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of revenues following lease obligations.
• Lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff and leasing team.
• Manage resident relations for repairs, rent charges and lease issues.
• Engage and supervise invoices for goods and services required.
