Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
• Strive to improve community performance to meet annual financial and operational goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep.
• Develop operating income through cash flow management and leasing strategy.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues per lease obligations.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff, office personnel and leasing team.
• Manage resident relations and maintenance requests, rent charges, and lease issues.
