Job summary

OneWall Communities is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across designated communities. You will drive occupancy, manage budgets, lead a on-site team, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and financial skills, with a track record of maximizing rental revenue while maintaining high resident satisfaction. Evening/weekend flexibility and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years related property management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
• On-site leasing or assistant property management experience; supervisory experience acceptable.
• Must be adaptable, with strong judgment and business ethics.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations including maintenance, budgeting, rent collections and marketing.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting (rent rolls, delinquency).
• Assist in development of annual property management budgets.
• Maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy loss and concessions.
• Ensure leases and documents are properly completed and filed.
• Lead emergency response for the community with staff and residents.
• Implement resident retention programs and community events.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
• Obtain and review contracts in line with budgets.
