Job summary

OneWall Communities LLC in Decatur, GA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned communities, maximize occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.

You will lead a on-site team, mentor staff, maintain leases and records, coordinate maintenance, and drive resident engagement with programs and promotions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or 5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related experience in property management.
• Minimum 5 years property management experience.
• On-site leasing experience and supervisory background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including maintenance, capital improvements, rent collections, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
• Maintain records of all community transactions and submit timely reports.
• Assist in development of annual operating budget.
• Maximize revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing vacancies.
