Job summary

OneWall Communities LLC seeks a Community Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee daily operations, maximize occupancy, and lead on-site teams. You will manage leasing, budgeting, maintenance, and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and strong performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to drive resident satisfaction while controlling costs. On-site work with health and safety emphasis is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years related experience in property management.
• Minimum 5 years property management experience.
• Minimum 5 years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Property Manager; supervisory experience ok.
• Strong ethics, judgment and customer service and leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations; read/write/communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including property maintenance, budgeting, rent collections, lease administration and marketing.
• Develop, mentor, lead and manage a high-performing on-site team.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports on a timely basis.
• Assist in annual property management operating budget development.
• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing vacancy loss.
• Ensure leases and paperwork are completed accurately in the PM software.
• Lead emergency response for the community and ensure safety compliance.
• Implement resident retention programs and maintain community appearance.
