Job summary

OneWall Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned properties in Georgia. You will maximize occupancy, manage staff, and ensure the community is maintained in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collections, lease administration, proven leadership, and coordinating maintenance. You will develop resident retention programs and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years related property management experience.
• Minimum 5 years property management experience.
• On-site Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Property Manager experience; supervisory experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including maintenance, capital improvements, rent collections, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
• Maintain records of community transactions and submit timely reports (rent rolls, delinquency, move-ins/outs).
• Assist in annual property management operating budget development.
• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing vacancy loss and concessions.
• Lead and coordinate emergencies and safety compliance; ensure OSHA standards.
