Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead site operations, drive occupancy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across a multi-property portfolio. You will report to the Regional Manager and own KPIs, budgeting, leasing strategies, and staff development.

The role requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily management, strong P&L awareness, and a client-focused, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation.
• Detail-oriented with budget and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site KPIs and operating budget.
• Oversee lease-up and occupancy strategies.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Provide excellent resident service and training for staff.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing to construction.
