Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents and oversee property operations at our Phoenix communities. You will help maintain accurate financial records, assist with leasing tasks, and promote a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to engage in resident events and retention efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite Software experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents and manage office operations with confidentiality and integrity.
• Assist Leasing team with showing apartments and resident service support.
• Contribute to resident retention and community events.
• Manage rental collection and deposits, with accurate financial records.
