Qualifications

• Experience in on-site apartment communities is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential resident files with integrity.
• Willingness to assist with leasing and move-in processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with confidentiality.
• Safeguard and deposit monies daily.
• Address resident comments and complaints promptly.
• Assist with leasing apartments as needed.
• Inspect made-ready apartments before move-in.
• Be friendly and available to residents and staff.
• Occasionally fill in for the Business Manager when needed.
• Monitor rental collections and deposit receipts daily.
• Inform management of liability claims or violations.
• Stay informed about local market trends affecting occupancy.
