Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents and oversee daily property operations at a Texas location. The role involves managing leasing activities, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced office environment.

You will assist the Leasing team with showings, contribute to resident retention, and participate in community events while upholding Olympus Property core values of care, teamwork, and trust.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate resident files and confidential records.
• Manage and deposit rent receipts on a timely basis.
• Assist Leasing team with apartment showings and resident services.
• Inspect make-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Support resident retention efforts and community events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with integrity and confidentiality.
• Safeguard and deposit all monies received and enter into the system promptly.
• Address resident comments and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist Leasing team with apartment showings and resident services.
• Inspect make-ready units prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
