Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking an Assistant Manager in Texas to support residents and manage daily operations. You will maintain accurate financial records, assist leasing efforts, and foster a collaborative work environment.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented mindset, office presence, and ability to assist during events and after-hours resident activities. Onsite work with a growing, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Available full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary slightly).
• Onsite experience at an apartment community as an Assistant Manager or cross-trained Leasing Consultant.
• Strong preference forRealPage/Knock/Onesite software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office and resident files with integrity and confidentiality.
• Safeguard and deposit monies received and record promptly.
• Attend to resident comments and complaints.
• Take on leasing responsibilities including leasing apartments when needed.
• Inspect makes-ready apartments prior to move-in.
• Support Leasing team with showing apartments and resident retention events.
