Job summary

LURIN Management Services LLC is seeking a Community Director to lead day-to-day operations of a residential community in Pensacola, FL. You will supervise onsite staff, drive leasing, marketing, and maintenance programs, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, NOI optimization, resident relations, and compliance. A CAM certification and OneSite experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior property management experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification (preferred) and proficiency in OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite staff recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Manage daily property operations including leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets; maximize NOI through cost control.
• Develop monthly marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act and maintain records in PM software.
