Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• CAM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise onsite staff to meet goals.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, make-ready, maintenance and projects.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and NOI.
• Show and lease apartments with accurate applications.
• Address resident concerns and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing Act and maintain records in OneSite.
