LVL Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead Marina Sol Apartments in Pensacola, FL. This on-site role requires full presence, ownership of daily operations, and accountability for occupancy, revenue, and resident experience.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and team performance, driving value and standards across the asset. You will lead on-site staff, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on multifamily property management experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and drive asset performance.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and expense control.

Aufgaben

• Own daily operations, leasing, maintenance, resident relations, compliance and reporting.
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, market-ready, and operating at all times.
• Identify issues early and resolve decisively—no drift, no excuses.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and NOI through strategic leasing and pricing.
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and revenue tracking; oversee budget and expenses.
