Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a midrise apartment community, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will help set budgets, monitor financial performance, manage leasing activity, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets; review financial statements and reports.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and renewals; enforce lease terms.
• Ensure maintenance quality and supervise property staff performance.
• Coordinate owner communications and reporting.
