Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead site staff, manage budgets, ensure rent collection, and enforce lease policies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing data, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining compliance with housing regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with property management exposure.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in apartment operations or related fields.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Enforce lease terms and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance and service requests.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of on-site staff.
