Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property in Addison, TX. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rent, and ensure compliance with housing laws while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees
• Approve invoices and manage vendor relations
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and marketing strategies to meet goals
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, and train team members
