Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in Addison, TX. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, ensure compliance with housing laws, and drive occupancy and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent collection, vendor management, lease enforcement, market analysis, and strong focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provides input into the development of budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and reviewing reports.
• Sets rent rates and ensures timely collection of rent and fees, and prepares monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices and manages lien processes, insurance certificates, and coding for expenses.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and ensuring maintenance requests are fulfilled.
• Conducts property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance to standards.
• Supervises staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
