Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager in Addison, TX to lead the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property. You will manage a team, drive budgeted financial and occupancy targets, enforce policies, and ensure compliant operations across leasing, maintenance, and service delivery.

Your role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen, with a focus on resident satisfaction, adherence to Fair Housing and safety standards, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Develop property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and ensuring timely collections.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement including applications, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain client/owner relationships with updates and reports.
