The Galman Group seeks a full-time Leasing Professional to drive apartment sales and deliver exceptional resident service at our Delaware communities. You will manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in, presenting properties in a compelling way and building relationships to create excitement and trust.

You will greet prospects, qualify needs, coordinate with teams, and ensure a smooth, compliant leasing experience while supporting resident satisfaction and property goals.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts leasing with prospective residents and verifies applications.
• Present properties professionally and answer questions about features and benefits.
• Maintain professional leasing office atmosphere and relationships with residents.
• Assist with marketing property and improving resident satisfaction.
• Prepare lease paperwork and collect rents/deposits.
• Coordinate move-ins, welcome gifts, and keys.
• Support manager with daily/weekly reports and responsivities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
