Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC seeks a Property Manager to create a welcoming, well-run community for residents. You will lead an on-site team, handle leasing, customer service, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

You will manage payments, reporting, vendor relations, and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue, with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree suggested.
• Minimum two years of experience in residential property management or related field.
• Strong management, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Customer service mindset with a professional image.
• Sales ability with proven closing skills.
• Knowledge of on-site maintenance processes and vendor/contractor coordination.
• Proficiency with office technology and property management systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing schedules and supervise on-site team through recruitment and training.
• Collect, post, and deposit rental payments; monitor delinquencies and ensure compliance with laws.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial/operational reports.
• Develop operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Handle affordable housing paperwork and reporting if applicable.
• Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to company policies.
• Lease apartments via tours and model showings; highlight amenities.
• Respond to inquiries from prospects and residents; explain lease documents.
• Maximize occupancy and rental income while controlling expenses.
• Train leasing staff and stay updated on property/market conditions.
• Implement resident retention programs and promptly handle complaints.
• Maintain accurate data entry for applications, leases, deposits, move-ins/outs, reporting.
• Submit all required affordable housing reporting on time.
• Train on-site staff in system processes and computer functions.
• Organize resident events and newsletters; develop marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
