Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree suggested.
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential property management experience.
• Strong management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Customer service mindset with a professional image.
• Knowledge of tax credit or affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Sales ability with proven closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing schedules and develop on-site team through recruitment, training, motivation, and development programs.
• Collect, post, and monitor rental payments; oversee delinquencies and compliance with landlord/tenant statutes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports; develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Manage affordable housing paperwork and reporting (if applicable).
• Lease apartments by conducting tours and maximizing occupancy; respond to inquiries from prospects and residents.
• Train on-site team in system processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Organize resident events and develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
